Licence the checking, not the verdict
The same register-matched dataset this site runs on, available as a feed. Buyers pay for the work of keeping it current. Nobody can pay to appear in it, be removed from it, or change what it says.
Coverage as of 17 Aug 2026
138
sellers, pharmacies and prescription services tracked
55 / 73
United Kingdom / United States
10
with identity and licence matched to official records
7
carrying a current published regulator finding
58
research-chemical listings, not human-use routes
6
with an independent buyer score attached
Figures are read from the live dataset each hour, not typed into this page. 91 research-seller records sit behind them.
What is in it
For every seller: the exact official domain, the legal operator where one is matched, the registers it was matched against, the identifiers found, the date each record was read, and the confidence score with the reasoning behind it. Where a check could not be completed the feed says so explicitly — a gap is never returned as a negative finding.
Sources are the GPhC pharmacy register, CQC provider records, UK Companies House, SEC EDGAR, Drugs@FDA and public domain-registration records. Registers are re-read on a schedule and a stored record that no longer matches its register stops counting until a person reconciles it, rather than continuing to be served.
Who it is for
Insurers and employer health schemes
Screening which weight-management routes a member is using, and flagging the ones with no accountable operator.
Pharmacy and telehealth groups
Monitoring how the market a brand competes in is regulated, and where counterfeits are surfacing.
Risk, trust and safety teams
Platforms carrying seller listings or ads need to know which of them are on an official register.
Researchers and journalists
A sourced, dated dataset on a market where the MHRA seized around 20 million illegal doses in 2025.
The one condition
A licence buys access to the data. It does not buy a result, a placement, an embargo on a finding, or advance sight of one. A seller may licence the feed and still carry a warning in it; that has to be true or the feed is worth nothing to the people who rely on it.
Licensees are named on the disclosures page, so anyone reading a result can see who pays us and satisfy themselves it changed nothing.
Enquire
Tell us which jurisdictions you need, how often, and what you intend to do with it. Requests that would require us to suppress or soften a finding are declined, and it is easier for everyone if that is clear at the start.
