Separation of responsibilities
Collectors capture evidence. Deterministic validators decide whether a receipt matches an entity and credential. The scoring engine applies a versioned formula. Editorial review controls sensitive publication and language. Commercial activity has no input to any of those decisions.
Change control
Material changes to scoring, evidence thresholds or publication rules require tests against known and hostile cases before release. A company cannot purchase a change, suppress a supported finding or pay for faster treatment. Corrections can change a result only by changing the underlying evidence.
Challenges and complaints
Anyone can challenge a factual record. Named organisations have a right to provide evidence and a reply. Requests, decisions and material changes are recorded through the corrections process. Privacy, safeguarding or legal concerns may require information to be withheld while a review is completed.
