Can you buy Melanotan II legally?

No — there is no legal way to buy Melanotan II for your own use in the UK or the US.

It is not an approved medicine in either country, and regulators have publicly warned about versions sold online. Sellers offering it "for research use only" are selling outside the regulated system, and a certificate of analysis does not change that: it describes a batch, not a legal route.

What a lab certificate actually proves

A certificate of analysis describes one batch at one moment: what the powder is (mass spectrometry) and how pure it is (HPLC).
