Reports create research leads—not ratings
PepCred accepts company suggestions, first-hand experiences and public evidence privately. Nothing is published automatically.
What we accept
- A UK or US company or website that should be checked.
- Observable first-hand facts about checkout, prescription, pharmacy, payment, packaging or batch routes.
- Public links to regulator, company, laboratory or seller records.
- Corrections and company rights of reply.
What submitters must disclose
Submitters must state whether they are a customer, attempted customer, company representative, clinician, pharmacist, laboratory, researcher or have another connection. Incentivised, fabricated, copied and AI-generated experiences are prohibited.
How moderation works
- The submission enters a private queue with a reference number.
- Personal, medical, payment and security-sensitive material is rejected or removed.
- Positive and negative reports receive the same checks. Relevance, authenticity indicators, conflicts and available corroboration are assessed.
- A report becomes a published finding only when the underlying fact is independently supportable under the PepCred methodology. Unverified allegations are not published as fact.
No review gating or paid influence
PepCred does not solicit only favourable experiences, suppress genuine negative evidence, sell higher placement or accept payment to change a result. Companies receive the same free correction and reply process described in the public corrections log.
Privacy and retention
Do not send prescriptions, medical records, patient names, addresses, private order documents, card or bank details, passwords or diagnoses. Contact email is optional and is never published. Read the privacy policy before submitting.
