Stale, changed or misbound sources cannot look verified
PepCred checks release identity, file integrity, record count and age. Its daily pharmacy monitor also checks the record's name, exact identifier and inspection outcome—not merely whether a URL still loads. A failed check disables or downgrades the affected evidence path.
